Inside the production workshop of Anhui Zhengyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Jin'an Economic Development Zone, various series of grain dryers are neatly arranged, with capacities ranging from just over ten tons to several dozen tons.
"The '5H Top-and-Bottom Auger-Free' grain dryer series developed and manufactured by our company has ranked first in national sales for five consecutive years," Zhang Weifa, head of Zhengyang Machinery, told reporters. He added that the company is now one of China's largest grain dryer manufacturers, distinguished by its rapid growth, superior product quality, and outstanding user reputation.
Anhui Zhengyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized Chinese manufacturer integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service for low-temperature circulating grain dryers and energy-efficient hot-air furnaces.
In recent years, the company has prioritized technological innovation, consistently allocating more than 7% of its annual revenue to R&D.
Through industry-academia-research collaboration with universities and years of technical breakthroughs, the company’s "5H Top-and-Bottom Auger-Free" dryer series has been well received since its market launch in 2015, quickly becoming a nationwide bestseller.
From an obscure startup with just dozens of employees and annual output value below 20 million yuan at its founding, Zhengyang Machinery has grown into the industry’s national sales leader. Through innovative products and premium services, the company has achieved leapfrog development. In 2023, annual production and sales of various drying equipment surpassed 2,100 units, generating 310 million yuan in revenue.
Zhengyang Machinery is now actively expanding into overseas markets. "The model you’re looking at is the 5H-30F dryer custom-built for export. This batch of equipment, valued at over 4.6 million yuan, will be shipped abroad on the 22nd," Zhang Weifa explained. He noted that since December last year, the company has secured overseas orders worth more than 20 million yuan, with exports currently accounting for approximately 15% of total sales.
