After-sales service

Pre-sales service:
Answering customers' technical questions about the products, providing product introductions, and based on the customers' needs, offering them a complete solution.
Post-sale service
Post-sale service: On-site installation and debugging of the product, comprehensive user manual and maintenance warranty manual, and free technical training provided to users until they can operate the company's products independently.
After-sales Service:
① Our products are covered by the three guarantees service within the warranty period, which lasts for one year from the date of installation and acceptance. ② Response time for system failures: In case of system failure of the machine, users within Anhui Province will be sent to the site for service within 24 hours, and users outside Anhui Province will be reached on site for service within 48 hours. ③ Lifelong maintenance service is provided.

Installation matters
Requirements for the installation site of the grain dryer:
The ground where the grain dryer is installed must be made of concrete and have a thickness of no less than 20 cm. It must be flat, solid, have smooth drainage, and be equipped with grounding stakes.
The building where the grain dryer is installed must be spacious, with good ventilation, rain protection, and moisture-proofing.
The lowest point of the factory building's beams should be no less than 0.5 meters higher than the highest point of the machine. If the installation site of the equipment is lower than the ground level (installed in a pit), sufficient space should be reserved to facilitate installation and maintenance, and the pit must be moisture-proof.
To achieve the maximum drying efficiency of the grain dryer, the exhaust ducts should be straightened, and debris within 2 meters behind the outlet should be cleared. There should be 2 to 3 meters of space in front of the fan outlet duct.
To maintain the environment around the drying room, dust removal treatment should be carried out at the exhaust vents.
The heat source of the grain dryer is hot air, and its heating system is a hot air furnace (if a steam boiler is equipped, a heat exchanger needs to be installed at the inlet vent, but it must meet the heat requirements of the grain dryer). Generally, one hot air furnace can be used for 1 to 3 grain dryers (see hot air furnace configuration).
Note: At point A, a wall hole with a diameter of 620 mm must be drilled, and the center height from the ground is 1.5 meters;
At point B, a wall hole of 300*300 mm must be drilled, and the center height from the ground is 2.5 meters;
At point C, a grounding stake is set.
