Standardized Agricultural Products Processing Project with Annual Capacity of 300,000 Tons Opens in Bujiang Town, Tongbai County

On June 4, the Standardized Agricultural Products Processing Project with an Annual Capacity of 300,000 Tons, developed by Tongbai County Sanhe Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., officially opened in Bujiang Town. Hu Zhigen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Bujiang Town, attended to provide on-site guidance. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Deputy Mayors Xie Fengjun and Wei Zhengtong; Gao Huadang, Chairman of Tongbai County Sanhe Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.; Liu Shigui, Project Director; and Jie Jiachao, Director of Hulou Village Committee. Also present were all available members of the Bujiang Town leadership team, government officials, members of the village committee of Hulou Village (where the project is located), and representatives of local villagers, who gathered to witness this significant milestone.
The Standardized Agricultural Products Processing Project with an Annual Capacity of 300,000 Tons is a major agricultural initiative established in Bujiang Town, Tongbai County. With a total budgeted investment of approximately RMB 1.18 billion, the project is designed to process 300,000 tons of agricultural products annually and includes supporting facilities such as grain storage warehouses. Utilizing a suite of equipment including agricultural product dryers, the facility employs low-temperature airflow drying technology for granular grains and agro-products such as rice, corn, wheat, sorghum, soybeans, and rapeseed. During the hot-air drying phase, constant-temperature cooling systems are integrated to ensure that the dried products maintain superior quality, low temperature, and high throughput. Furthermore, high-temperature treatment effectively eliminates insect eggs, thoroughly resolving grain storage challenges, preserving product quality during storage, and thereby driving rural economic growth. The project’s service coverage extends to Tongbai, Tanghe, Xinye, Sheqi, and Biyang counties.
The project is projected to generate an annual output value of approximately RMB 80 million and create employment opportunities for over 200 workers, making a substantial contribution to the county’s pillar industry of agricultural processing.
In his opening address, Chairman Gao Huadang stated: "We are an enterprise dedicated to serving farmers. We will devote ourselves wholeheartedly to the trial, demonstration, and promotion of new crop varieties; to advancing innovative agricultural cooperation models; to providing comprehensive services across pre-production, production, and post-production stages; to boosting farmers' incomes; and to empowering rural revitalization."
Mayor Hu Zhigen extended warm congratulations on the launch of the project in his speech. He noted that the initiative aligns seamlessly with Tongbai County’s development strategy of "championing distinctive features, leveraging green branding, and building an ecological county," holding profound significance for the agricultural development of Bujiang Town. Through deep processing of agricultural products, the project will extend the industrial chain, strengthen the supply chain, elevate the value chain, and foster a shared benefit chain, propelling leapfrog, high-quality development of agricultural industrialization in Bujiang Town and across Tongbai County. He expressed confidence that the company would continue to uphold its mission of "serving agriculture, rural areas, farmers, and society at large," delivering premium products to the public, offering favorable pricing to benefit farmers, earning market trust through strong credibility, contributing to Bujiang’s agricultural advancement, and supporting rural revitalization.
Mayor Hu emphasized that the Party Committee and Government of Bujiang Town will fully leverage their coordinating and servicing roles to support the project without reservation, striving to create a favorable development environment for Tongbai County Sanhe Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Taking the opening ceremony as an opportunity, Bujiang Town will adhere to the work principle of "prioritizing projects above all else," further optimize the business environment, continue to serve as a "gold-standard service provider" for enterprises, ignite a new wave of project construction, and make unremitting efforts toward comprehensive rural revitalization.
Following the ceremony, Chairman Gao Huadang accompanied Mayor Hu Zhigen and his delegation on a tour of the production workshops.
