Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Conducts Special Research at Zhengyang Machinery on Fiscal Guidance to Leverage Financial and Social Capital Investment in Grain-Producing Area Drying Facility Construction

On the morning of September 15, 2022, a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA), along with officials from Anhui Provincial and Lu'an municipal authorities, visited Anhui Zhengyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct special research on leveraging financial and social capital through fiscal guidance for grain-producing area drying facility construction.
The MARA delegation comprised four officials: Li Anning, First-Level Inspector of the Department of Agricultural Mechanization Management; Hou Fang'an, Director of the General Policy Development Division of the Department of Agricultural Mechanization Management; Xie Qizhen, Chief Engineer of the Agricultural Products Processing Engineering Research Institute under the Academy of Agricultural Planning and Engineering; and Teng Xuefei from the Policy and Planning Division of the Department of Agricultural Mechanization Management.
They were accompanied by four officials from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Anhui Province: Zhang Daohua, Director of the Agricultural Machinery Equipment Division; Yao Yunfei, First-Level Consultant of the Planning and Finance Division; Xu Jingdong, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Machinery Equipment Division; and Li Weijun, First-Level Principal Staff Member of the Agricultural Machinery Equipment Division. Also in attendance were Wang Nengwu, Director of the Lu'an Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as well as leaders from the Jin'an District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
Zhang Weifa, Chairman of Zhengyang Machinery, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and offered valuable insights and recommendations during the subsequent symposium.
