Good News! Jin'an District Adds 2 Provincial Sci-Tech Innovation Platforms, Including Anhui Zhengyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.

On November 4, according to the Notice on Confirming the List of Anhui Provincial Enterprise R&D Centers for 2024 (Wan Ke Ping Tai Mi [2024] No. 340) published on the website of the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, two enterprises from our district—Anhui Weimai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Anhui Zhengyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.—were included in the list.
The successful recognition of these provincial-level enterprise R&D centers has expanded the roster of provincial sci-tech innovation platforms in our district. This will further strengthen the principal role of enterprises in technological innovation, promote the commercialization of scientific achievements, and accelerate the development of an innovation-driven city.
Anhui Zhengyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2011 and located at No. 1 Sanghe Road, Sanshipu Town, Jin'an District, Lu'an City, the company covers an area of 130 mu with a total floor space of 50,000 square meters. It is a specialized Chinese manufacturer of grain dryers, integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service for low-temperature grain circulation dryers and energy-efficient hot-blast stoves. The company is recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise, an Anhui Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated SME, and a National Little Giant Enterprise for 2022. Its main products include the 5H-15T, 5H-20T, and 5H-30T series grain dryers, as well as various eco-friendly hot-blast stoves.
In recent years, the company has increased its investment in scientific research and engaged in industry-academia-research collaboration with universities. It developed and launched China’s first dryer featuring a rear-mounted upper-and-lower auger elevator, which has been in high demand since its market release. Additionally, the company has pioneered several domestic firsts, including twin dryers, storage-type dryers, conveyor-mounted self-unloading flap valves, and conveyor-mounted vibrating cleaning screens. These innovations have significantly reduced grain breakage rates and improved grain quality, making a tangible contribution to agricultural development through Zhengyang’s efforts. The company currently holds 7 invention patents, 24 utility model patents, and 19 scientific achievements related to "conical suspended drying and impurity removal devices." Furthermore, it has jointly developed with West Anhui University the technology for "Key Technology R&D and Industrialization of Post-Harvest Loss Reduction for Intelligent Grain Drying Equipment." At present, the company is collaborating with Anhui Polytechnic University on the Anhui Provincial Agricultural Material and Technical Equipment Open Competition Project and the Agricultural Machinery Weakness Remediation Project, focusing on "Key Common Weakness Technologies for High-End Intelligent Double-Air-Duct Pressure-Suction Grain Drying Units," thereby continuously empowering its R&D capabilities.
