4.Efficient dust capture:The pulse dust collector is equipped with membrane-coated filter media or high-temperature-resistant polyester filter bags. It achieves a dust collection efficiency of over 99.9% for fine dust particles ranging from 0.1μm to 10μm generated during paddy drying. The exhaust emission concentration can be kept below 10mg/m³, fully complying with the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and environmental protection requirements for the grain processing industry. It completely prevents fugitive dust from drifting and polluting farmland, the plant area and surrounding environments.
5.No secondary pollution :Adopting a fully enclosed dust collection system, the collected rice husk powder and broken rice powder can be directly recycled and reused as feed raw materials or biomass fuel. It realizes resource utilization of dust without solid waste or wastewater secondary pollution, in line with the concept of green production.
6.Reduced Equipment Energy Consumption：By preventing dust adhesion on the surfaces of heat exchangers and hot air ducts, the heat exchange surfaces are kept clean to improve hot air heat transfer efficiency. This cuts the overall energy consumption of the dryer by 15%-20% and lowers fuel usage.Meanwhile, it avoids dust clogging the fan impellers and air ducts, reduces fan operating resistance and the load on the fan motor, thereby saving electric power.
